Terms of use
These are the terms for using this website. They do not set the terms of any website or booking service we later agree to provide, which will be agreed separately.

Using the website
You may use this website to find out about Managed Spaces and to get in touch with us. Please use it lawfully, do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not send us anything unlawful or harmful.
Our content
The text, design, logos and images on this website belong to Managed Spaces or its licensors. You may view and share links to the pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content without asking us first.
The Harbour Workspace demo
Harbour Workspace is a fictional venue that shows how a workspace website and booking journey can work. Its spaces, prices, availability, address and contact details are examples. Bookings made in the demo are demonstrations: they do not reserve anything, take payment or send invoices.
Enquiries
Sending the Discuss your website form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. How we use what you send is explained in our Privacy policy.
Information on this website
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we give no promise that it is free from errors, up to date or always working. Examples and articles are general information, not advice for your particular business.
Links to other sites
The website may link to or load services from other organisations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our negligence, or for business losses, and we are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms and the website. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
